It is with great pride and excitement that I welcome you to the website of Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Mohammed Educational Complex- ATS Al Ain campus (TBMEC). I am excited and honored to have the opportunity to lead this great educational campus with such a rich a tradition in both in and out of the classroom.

Like all other ATS schools across our beloved country, TBMEC has earned a reputation of academic excellence through the hard work of our students, teachers, parents, and staff. We, at TBMEC, are proud to support numerous challenging academic courses, an outstanding program that aims at cementing key academic skills that they will use in college and beyond, and becoming more self-confident, independent thinkers and problem solvers. Our education system is the one that caters for the individual needs of our students. We want all of them to achieve their full potential. Our task is to make it possible and our mission is to provide a platform for the same.

At TBMEC, we strongly believe that it is of great value for our students to be connected to school through very positive relationships and a strong sense of community. I believe that every student can learn and be successful when he /she is provided with the right and sufficient support and opportunities. Teachers and staff are firmly committed to providing all students with an appropriate and academically challenging educational experience in a respectful environment that fosters long life learning and growth.

Success for all students is ensured at our school by facilitating enriching, student-centred, balanced and structured curriculum and a whole school focus on students’ emotional, academic, and social growth. For this reason, we focus on the positive recognition of student achievements and attainment. Teachers here are highly qualified and well- experienced educators who are committed to supporting each student’s learning experience through quality instruction and guidance that address the needs of the individual child. Teachers work really hard and honestly to provide students with differentiated support that addresses each student’s specific needs both academically and socially.

A critical part of students success is attendance. As a parent, it is extremely vital for you to maintain an attitude that “Every Day Counts” for students to be in school and ready to learn each day. It is part of our responsibility to assist in helping parents and families understand the importance of instructional time and school attendance. We recognize that family and community support are integral to our success. This is why we encourage you to join us a volunteer throught PTSA, , or other events. We have widened and varied our communication channels to include email, message, phone calls and most recently using the PowerApp to be able to track your kids’ progress. Parents/Guardians play the most important roles in a student’s success, and I invite you to collaborate with us in your students’ education.

When we all plan strategically, forge positive relationships, celebrate our achievements, and continue to build on our successful foundation, we can promote a learning environment where our entire TMBEC community thrives. I have a firm belief that TBMEC is a place where exceptional teaching and learning is the norm.
