With state-of the-art facilities and excellent support services, The Institute of Applied Technology offers Career-based Technical Education (CTE) in English at the secondary and tertiary levels. The institute’s twelve campuses are located in the United Arab Emirates at Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dhafrah, Dubai, Ajman, Umm AlQuwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Al Fujairah; with its directorate located in Abu Dhabi. In addition, IAT encompasses higher learning start-ups in aviation, logistics and nursing.
The Institute was founded in 2005 through Royal decree of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, Ruler of Abu Dhabi as a corporate body with full financial and administrative independence.

All candidates must obtain the Equivalency Certificate(s) for their highest qualification(s) from the MoE, UAE.
Local Hires should submit the Equivalency Certificate(s) before joining and Overseas candidates have to submit the UAE attested certificate (High School, Bachelor, Master and PHD as applicable) before joining and should submit the Equivalency Certificate(s) within 3 months of date of joining (Probation Period).
